Joseph Levy BSc – Managing Director
Joseph is the Managing Director of the Bradgate Estates, having taken over the helm in 2016. He has both formal qualifications and over 12 years’ experience in leading, sourcing, packaging and delivering large scale student and PRS developments. He has also built up a substantial private portfolio of residential and specialist care homes. Joseph graduated with honours in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has since worked up his way up the ladder from a site manager to the CEO of Bradgate Estates.
Anthony Parker – Director
Anthony has held a number of hands-on business development, Management/CEO/Director/Non-Exec roles in UK and international PLCs and Privately held companies, in both service and manufacturing including Private Equity backed buy in/outs.
Director of Bradgate Estates Ltd and subsidiaries for the past six years.
Aaron Levy – Operations Director
Aaron has been with Bradgate Estates since 2014 and deals with all Operational aspects of the Company and Developments. This is from obtaining the land, gaining planning through to construction and sale. He has successfully overseen the delivery of all the company’s recent projects liaising with and directing all site management.
Kelly Hempshall AAT – Accounts Manager
With 12 years of accounts experience, Kelly is an integral part of the Bradgate Estates team.
THE COMPANY
Bradgate Estates Ltd is a family owned property development company based in the Midlands that specialises in high end student and PRS blocks. The company has built and sold over £90 Million worth of property over the last four years, consisting of Private Rented Sector and Student Blocks in Russell Group university cities Leicester, Nottingham and Sheffield. Bradgate Estates also retains a large portfolio of student and PRS blocks and is on course to build out further schemes over the next two years.
